Broncos Appoints Jesse Nading as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Intelligence

Englewood, Colorado — The Denver Broncos named Jesse Nading as senior vice president of strategy and business intelligence on Friday, Denver Broncos president Damani Leech announced.

A Denver native and former captain of the CSU football team, Nading will be responsible for building and leading a solutions-oriented and data-driven team focused on guiding strategy, goals and performance across the organization. He will place particular emphasis on supporting the Broncos’ fan development and revenue growth goals.

Nading will report directly to Leech and serve on the Broncos’ senior leadership team, overseeing the club’s data and analytics, ticketing and strategy departments.

Most recently, Nading worked at global business consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he was an associate partner in the firm’s Denver office. His responsibilities include leading account-based projects focused on business transformation across strategy, pricing and marketing optimization.

A two-time captain on CSU’s defensive end, Nadine joined the Houston Texans as a college free agent in 2008 and appeared in 43 games for the club over five seasons. He earned a BS in Business Finance from CSU before earning his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jesse lives in Denver with his wife, Katie, and their three children.
